Workshops focus on health care planning
Rowan Hospice and Palliative Care is partnering with Trinity Oaks to facilitate monthly Advance Healthcare Planning workshops beginning Tuesday.
“Got Plans?” workshops will be held the third Tuesday of each month at 1 p.m. at Trinity Oaks at 728 Klumac Road in Salisbury.
The workshops are designed to assist individuals in making informed medical decisions so their loved ones can legally honor those wishes. Rowan Hospice and Palliative Care believes that families should also plan for end-of-life care to avoid potential stress when medical emergencies and life-threatening illness arise.
There is no charge, and workshops are open to the public. A current, government-issued picture ID is required. For more information, call 704-637-7645 or visit www.rowanhospice.org.
