Several road closings coming to replace storm drains

State Department of Transportation maintenance crews will close Old Linn Road (State Road 1232) from Wednesday through Friday to replace storm drain culverts under the road. 

The location is about 10 feet from the intersection with Pats Loop. The GPS coordinates are N 35.5726, W 80.4615. The nearest address is 745 Old Linn Road. 

The road will be closed only during the daytime.

The alternate dates for the job are Feb. 11-15.

DOT will close Glover Road (State Road 2532) Thursday and Friday to replace storm drain culverts. 

The location is about 600 feet from the intersection with St. Paul’s Church Road. The GPS coordinates are N 35.6015 W 80.4878.  The nearest address is 205 Glover Road. 

The road will be closed only during the daytime.

DOT will close Goldfish Road (State Road 1348) Thursday and Friday to replace storm drain culverts. The location is about a quarter mile from the intersection with Moose Road. The GPS coordinates are N 35.5172 W 80.5586. The nearest address is 5880 Goldfish Road. 

The road will be closed only during the daytime.
